My Approach

As a therapist specializing in relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, I offer both online and in-person sessions. My approach is integrative, drawing from attachment theory, Transactional Analysis, and an exploration of how early experiences have shaped your current behavioral patterns. What we discuss each session is led by you; I believe you are the expert in your own life and will not set any agenda that does not feel comfortable, or relevant, to you.

My sessions are 50 minutes long, with in-person sessions held at The Crescent Practice, close to Horsham town centre. Before starting regular sessions, together we can arrange an initial consultation where we will explore why you have chosen to begin counselling, a little bit about your background, and what your hopes are in terms of change and support in therapy. I offer both weekly and fortnightly sessions.
